We´ re happy to put an extra blanket and pillow in your room.
On request, we change the linen daily for a fee of 7,00€.

Beverages
Our restaurant offers a wide range of beverages for sale. On the second floor of the guesthouse you will find a beverage vending machine. Or use our room service from 08.00 to 00.00 o’clock for an extra charge of 5,00€ per order.

Breakfast
Monday – Friday: from 6:00 am. – 10:00 am.
Weekend and holidays: from 8:00 am. – 10:00 am.
For changes please contact us in time.

Carriage rides

Check-In
On arrival day your room is available from 3 pm.
If you arrive earlier there is of course the possibility to store your luggage at a safe place.

On departure day we kindly request you to leave the room up to 11 a.m.

In case of emergency (fire, accident) first dial “0” for a free line , then dial “112”  Please inform also our reception : „60“.

W-LAN connection is available in all rooms for free.
Please open the browser “Ballands Gast” and confirm the business connection. No password is necessary.

Laundry Service
On request we wash and iron your clothes for a fee.
The return takes place by 9 o’clock on the same day, in case of dry-cleaning within 24 hours.

Our reception will handle your mailings.

For the sake of the environment, towels are not changed daily.
Please place the towels that are to be changed on the floor.
